The transmission of messages or signals through body language, facial expressions, gestures, eye contact, touch, and tone of voice is known as non-verbal communication. Irrespective of if you work remotely or in person, communicating effectively using verbal and non-verbal gestures is important

For those in the cooperate world, Understanding and communicating with others at the workplace  could sometimes be challenging  as people express their feelings using non-verbal means and its interpretation could present unique challenges.

 To improve your non-verbal skills pay close attention to the person’s overall demeanor and how they react in different situations. Also, Pay close attention to what the person says and maintain comfortable eye contact.

Non-verbal communication complements verbal messages. Understanding and expressing it effectively is needful ;as  it is sometimes used in situations where words are not possible or effective.

Conflict resolution is a means of amicably resolving disagreements. Conflict is part of human nature which is impossible to avoid. It happens in the workplace, in relationships and in the family. While it is normal to have conflict, ongoing conflicts can be stressful and damaging to relationships. Likely cause of conflicts is: jealousy, infidelity, poor manner of approach, disrespectful attitude towards others, poor communication skills etc.
