· Make them your major source of referral
· Know them personally and build a relationship with them.

· Celebrate with them on their special day e.g. birthday, anniversary etc.
· Encourage them to post about your goods and services on your social media handles.
In summary, ensure your clients feel engaged and appreciated. Having a personal relationship with them makes it easier to leverage on them for increased sells.
